Dear Fellow Officers & Boys,
i'm finally back after a long break from blogging here. Reasons are pretty simple, either.. i was quick to get bored with this blog thingy or perhaps.. it's simply due to a breakdown of internet services at home...
Anyway, it has been a really busy week... and can't really remember when i started getting so busy at work... must be like some months ago.. nevertheless... i really need your prayers... LIFE seems to get harder each day here in this tiny red dot...
Having said the above & feeling a little better after knowing some would probably bother to read the above.. i must say... you guys in 72nd Singapore Company have really done great things in 2005!
Here's our records to date... & still counting...
1. First time ever, Silver Nominal Roll for Bible Quiz 2005
2. First time ever, Guards of Honour for BNSS's Speech Day 2005
3. First time ever, Participants, Guild Masters, Messing for Camp Temasek 2005
4. First time ever, J M Fraser Award (BRONZE) 2005
5. First time ever, 10 Boys received NYAA (BRONZE) 2006 on 5 April 2006
What can i say? Thanks so much for making LIFE worth the living!
Keep Up the Great Work, Boys & Officers alike!
Serving Together with you in 72nd Singapore Company,
Your Captain : )
Camp Temasek is held only ONCE every 5 years! Those who went, didn't regret it! The above is the Banner for Camp Temasek 04.
Day 01, Opening Parade.
Camp Souvenirs like the above were given to all campers, plus wrist bands, water bottles...
Campers were separated into different Guilds. Our Officer , Andy Chua was the Guild Master for Priest! They are all in yellow Camp T-shirts.
Day 02 - Day 04, campers got to go to different places for their activities. The above is at Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve, teaching Boys to appreciate Nature & the Wild.
You may be wondering what's so special about this PA Room??? Let's just say... it's here where i made a fool of myself.. & brought much joy & laughters to many during their meals... : )
The above is at NCC Campsite. Campers apart from trying out rope courses, got to shoot Paint Ball. It was a new experience!
A celebration is never complete without a beautiful Birthdday Cake such as this. It means lots & lots to me.. cos it wasn't easy for Messing Committee to find a Cake Shop who is willing to make a Birthday Cake of this size (10KG) plus 1000 slices of cakes at a very very good price! Thanks be to God!
Regards,
Yr Captain : )

It was our very FIRST combined EXPEDITION with The Girls. So, i thought it would be nice to upload it here for all to view! Thanks for joining us, Girls!
Thanks Boys for a wonderful time @ Bedok Swimming Complex today~

love crucified arose
by michael card
Long ago He blessed the earth
Born older than the years
And in the stall the cross he saw
Through the first of many tears
A life of homeless wandering
Cast out in sorrow's way
The Shepherd seeking for the lost
His Life the price He paid
Chorus
Love crucified arose
The risen One in splendor
Jehovah's sole Defender
Has won the Victory
Love crucified arose
And the grave became a place of Hope
For the heart that sin and sorrow broke
Is beating once again
Throughout Your Life You've felt the weight
Of what You'd come to give
To drink for us that crimson cup
So we might really live
At last the time love and die
The dark appointed day
That one forsaken moment when
Your Father turned His face away
Repeat Chorus
As we move forward into 2006, we must remember those who helped us.
Our heartfelt thanks to the following People (L -R):-
